Teznative is a product of Teznative Technology. You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Service involves converting a user's website into a mobile application. Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Service are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
The Refund Policy is incorporated herein by reference, and you agree to the terms as outlined: Teznative does not provide refunds. We encourage users to utilize the free demo provided to thoroughly test the service before making a purchase.
The fees paid to Teznative cover only our proprietary conversion technology, build generation, and developer support services. These fees do not include any mandatory, non-negotiable registration or subscription fees required by third-party platforms such as Apple, Google and any other applicable platforms developer accounts which are used for publishing of the apps. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining your developer accounts with Apple, Google, and any other applicable platforms, and for paying all associated fees directly to the respective platform owners.
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Service, you agree not to: Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service, your use of the website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
